Announcements

Asthma Camp 2015 is still taking applications! Asthma Camp is an overnight camp located at Canonicus Camp and Conference Center in Exeter, Rhode Island for children with asthma who are between 9 to 13 years old.  Asthma Camp increases independence of children by taking away the mysteries of their asthma and showing them that they can be in control. Kids learn together how to take an active role in the management of their asthma, while having fun and enjoying a wide range of typical camp experiences. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsoring organizations all camp costs are covered for each child! Priority selection is given to children with severe asthma, who have not previously been to Camp, and who have attended an educational workshop sponsored by the Community Asthma Programs. Please call 444-8340 or visit the website for more information and application materials.  http://www.hasbrochildrenshospital.org/services/asthma/asthma-programs-and-classes/asthma-camp.html
