Announcements:
From the GME:
1. Dr. Carino will be the interim GME director until a permanent replacement can be found for Dr. Fischer (she is now working for the national ACGME).
2. We are all receiving raises!! (above our yearly raises) effective June 2015 (2% for PGY1 to 4 and 1% for PGY 5 to 8). The differences between years is because PGY 5 to 8 salaries are already above the national mean.
3. We are holding our semi annual GME resident/fellow meeting in March and have asked Dr. Alper (head of the EPIC implementation committee) to speak. I would strongly encourage everyone to be there and to forward any questions you have to me. This is your opportunity to voice your concerns on just about anything. Please attend!
