Hasbro now has available Infant CPR Anytime kits free of charge to families who may benefit from infant CPR Training. See this link for more information about the kits themselves:  http://commerce.workflowoneaccess.com/  Basically, the kits include a DVD and a practice doll. Families can watch the video while in-house. They can ask their nurses or physicians any questions they have about the video. On discharge, they take the kit with them. It is theirs to keep. The training has been validated to be just as effective as classroom learning: http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/127/4/713.long The kits are currently stored in the PICU conference room.  Ask the PICU clinical manager, Lisa Paolino, for assistance to obtain one for inpatient families.
